Volunteers Needed

As you know it takes a lot of people to put on an event like this and the staff here at Triple Tree are looking for help. If you have time and would like to help us out by volunteering, please look through the category’s below and contact Scott Capps for specific times available.

We try to keep the time intervals down to two hours or less, but you can volunteer for as many committees and times as you would like to.  

A great attitude and willingness to spread Fun, Fellowship, and Hospitality is a must for all staff members at Triple Tree!

Gate Duty

This task includes taking money at the spectator gate and assisting in parking cars. You must be able to stand in the sun for long periods of time. Two-hour time slots are availably starting at 7:00am until 5:00pm each day. 4 people are needed at the gate at all times, so 20 time slots are open each day. Click here to see available Times

Transportation

This task requires a driver’s license, a safety conch’s person, and the ability to drive a School type Bus. Two people are need in two-hour intervals from 6:30am to 10:30pm each day. Sixteen slots are open each day. Click here to see available Times

 Pilot Registration

This task requires some computer skills and a cheerful attitude. Two people are needed in two-hour intervals from 7:00am to 5:00pm each day. Ten slots are open each day. Click here to see available Times

Airplane Parking

This task requires a very safety conch’s person, knowledge of ground signals, knowledge of airplane needs and movements on the ground and ability to stand in sun (A training / briefing will be conducted) Fourteen people are needed in two-hour intervals from 7:00am to 7:00pm each day. Airplane Greeting

Task requires people that live and breath Triple Tree’s mission “Fun, Fellowship and Hospitality”.  Must be able to stand walk in the sun and greet airplanes as they park to answer basic questions inform our guest where to find pilot registration and information about events going on at the Triple Tree Aerodrome Fly-In. Four people are needed in two-hour intervals from 7:00am to 7:00pm each day. Click here to see available Times

Facility Maintenance

Duties include: Emptying Trash, Grass Cutting, General policing of areas. One person is needed in two-hour intervals from 7:00am to 5:00pm each day.

Maintenance

Duties Include: Fueling Airplanes, Assist our capable staff with minor repairs of Aircraft, Campers, and Vehicles. One person is needed in two-hour intervals from 7:00am to 5:00pm each day. Click here to see available Times

Camping

Duties include: Assist Campers with locating campsites and answer general camping questions.
